ROLE:

As a Legal Receptionist at Sills & Betteridge Solicitors LLP, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while fostering a warm, professional environment. If you have previous reception experience and/or an understanding of the legal sector, we invite you to apply.
The role will include but is not limited to:
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Manage incoming phone calls for all branch offices
- Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are tidy and organised
- Coordinate meeting room bookings for internal and external meetings
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Provide general administrative support to the team
