Preliminary Advice Meeting
To discuss the breakdown of a relationship and any financial or parenting implications, we offer an initial 60 minute tailored advice meeting, followed up in writing, for £180 + VAT at 20%.
This meeting may be free if there are issues involving Domestic Abuse or Childrens Services.
Fixed Fee Divorce / Civil Partnership Dissolution
In most cases, we are able to offer a fixed fee for divorce or dissolution proceedings. Our fees are £600 + VAT at 20% (plus £593 Court Fee).
