Wills Solicitors

Our experienced team are here to ensure that your Will fully reflects your wishes and intentions. A member of our team will prepare your Will for you. They will discuss with you who should deal with your affairs when you die, who is to benefit from your assets, including how and when - and, where appropriate, appoint a guardian for your children.

A properly drafted Will provides protection for your assets and beneficiaries in a broad range of circumstances. Our team can advise you on how best to:

  • Reduce the impact of future care home fees
  • Provide for your children from a previous relationship
  • Provide for a vulnerable beneficiary (whether young or otherwise unable to manage an inheritance without assistance)
  • Protect your business interests
  • Mitigate Inheritance Tax
  • Create a Living will

Please contact a member of our Team at your local branch of Sills & Betteridge, to discuss your requirements and obtain details of our fees.

We offer appointments at our offices, your home or remotely via video apps including Teams and Zoom.
