Forced Marriage

I was refused representation by a number of solicitors due to the complexity of my case. Helen was amazing from start to finish. She dealt with my case with compassion, empathy and efficiency. She went above and beyond, quickly taking on board a great deal of information against a tight deadline. I'm finally out of the family court system after almost 3 years. Faced with pressures to sign a clean break order, that would leave me with marital debts, I was put in contact with Michelle Cooper. I had previously had a solicitor for a custody case who had taken thousands off me in mere weeks and created a situation where I had to represent myself for the custody hearing as I couldn't afford to keep going - hence I was extremely nervous about engaging another solicitor at this point.
