Ellis and Rachael went above and beyond helping us purchase a new house. They always made themselves available and even though the process was one of the most difficult ones, they kept their cool and worked with efficiently, were professional at all times, and very knowledgeable in dealing with a deed of easement amongst other procedures that other firms in the chain had great difficulty with. I used Sills & Betteridge when I was hoping to buy a place in Scunthorpe. Whilst the sale fell through, this was not due to their efforts.
