The Labour Party’s new Employment Rights Bill is said to be one of the largest employment law shake ups since the 1970's. With a bold tag line ‘Make Work Pay’ Labour want work to provide a sufficient income to ensure a decent standard of living.

The proposed Employment Rights Bill will likely impact dismissal, leave, pay, contract terms and a number of other employee rights. The proposed Equality (Race & Disability) Bill is set to help tackle inequalities for ethnic and disabled people.
