With offices in 17 locations we need a variety of different people with a wide range of skill sets and backgrounds to add value to our organisation and help us provide our award winning services to our valued clients. You may be joining us as an aspiring or fully qualified solicitor, but if you are starting out as a school or college leaver, you will be pleased to hear that we have an excellent track record in providing alternative entry routes into the legal profession - Solicitor and Paralegal Apprenticeships, CILEX and other ‘earn while you learn’ programmes are fully endorsed by the firm and actively promoted and rolled out by our Training Partner, HR and Recruitment teams as a means of providing opportunities to those for who do not wish to pursue the university route. We also have structured development plans for our non-legal teams.
