Family Payment and Service Options
Sills & Betteridge are pleased to offer Family Payment and Service Options to help any clients (who are not eligible for Legal Aid) through the divorce procedure and with other family related issues. Each case is unique and the level of service required will be different for each case. You can choose which Family Payment and Service Option you want to take up based on the amount of advice and help you need, your level of confidence or on your budget*.
Option 1: Full Representation
We offer full representation for family related issues which is charged for on a time recorded basis at each fee earners hourly rate for work carried out. We look after your case from the outset, deal with all solicitors correspondence and advise you as the case progresses. If necessary, we represent you at Court and go on the Court record as acting for you. We therefore deal directly with the Court.
Option 2: Fixed Fee Packages
We offer a number of fixed fee divorce and family packages for a fee that is fixed at the outset. You can choose which package(s) you want to take up based on the amount of advice and help you need or on your budget.
