ROLE: Receptionist (Part-Time)
LOCATION: Lincoln
SALARY: Competitive and based on experience
HOURS: 09:00-17:15, three days per week between Monday and Friday

ROLE:

As a Legal Receptionist at Sills & Betteridge Solicitors LLP, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while fostering a warm, professional environment. The role will include but is not limited to:
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Manage incoming phone calls efficiently
- Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are tidy and organised
- Coordinate meeting room bookings for internal and external meetings
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Provide general administrative support to the team

The successful candidate must be available to provide holiday and sickness cover across our Lincolnshire branches.
