LOCATION: Gainsborough / Lincoln
SALARY: Competitive, based on experience
HOURS: 09:00-17:15 Monday- Friday

ROLE:
Sills & Betteridge Solicitors is seeking a dedicated Family Solicitor / Legal Executive to join our office in Gainsborough / Lincoln! As a crucial member of our team, you will represent clients in various care and private children law matters.
Your typical day-to-day duties may include:
- assisting with the development of the department
- achieving both individual and team financial targets, as agreed with the Department Head
- ensuring that all business opportunities are dealt with professionally and promptly
- ensuring that SRA regulations regarding competency are consistently kept up to date

- be a qualified Solicitor/ Legal Executive
- have strong knowledge of legal care work, procedures and relevant legislation
- have the ability to undertake your own Advocacy (as far as possible)
