Euan McLaughlin
Corporate Partner Euan McLaughlin recently acted for Ros Hudson on her exit as shareholder, director and employee from Badley Geoscience, Spilsby, after a lengthy career with the business.
As with any shareholder exit, there were a number of competing interests and objectives to marry up in order to achieve a deal. Euan's calm and logical approach to these issues ensured that Ros' desired outcome was achieved.
Ros commented
