Sarah is an Associate Solicitor based in Nottingham with over 16 years’ experience in Family law.
Sarah has considerable experience of all aspects of divorce and separation including finances, advising on child arrangements, and assisting separating couples who are not married to deal with property matters (‘TOLATA’).
She specialises in financial settlements and disputes involving high value assets including pensions and businesses. She is highly experienced in supporting individuals going through relationship breakdown and ensuring they reach the best possible outcome both in and outside of the court arena. Sarah will wherever possible assist clients in reaching an amicable resolution without the need for attending court, however she is experienced in dealing with contested matters at court. Sarah also prepares and advises on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and separation agreements.
Sarah is a qualified Mediator accredited by the Law Society Mediation Panel assisting parties to discuss any family issues relating to their children, separation and/or finances and property to help them reach their own agreement.
