Rebecca joined Sills & Betteridge in June 2016. She works within the emergency team, supporting clients with domestic abuse, children act matters and public law matters (such as cases involving Social Services).
Rebecca prepares Court cases, drafts documents and letters, handles caseloads, processes Legal Aid Applications, attends client meetings and attends Court with Counsel.
Rebecca works closely with agencies and charities such as the National Centre for Domestic Violence (NCDV), Lincolnshire Domestic Abuse Specialist Service (LDASS) and Women’s Aid who offer support to families who have suffered domestic abuse.
Rebecca receives positive feedback from clients who often state that Rebecca was ‘Absolutely brilliant’, that she provided them with ‘excellent support - legally and emotionally’ and ‘I couldn’t have asked for a better legal team’.
Rebecca also hosts a free family law information clinic twice a month and is keen to hear from you with any difficulties you may be facing.
