Pretty much could not fault. Very smooth process. All personnel responded in a good time frame to me. Were approachable, helpful, gave guidance and good advice. Particularly liked that they had a good relationship with the developer as dealt with many of the plots on the development and so were able to anticipate various aspects of the sale for me.
