Katy  Webb

Katy is a Solicitor in our Family Law Department.

She can provide advice on a range of family law matters, including issues relating to Divorce, Financial Matters, private Children Act matters and Domestic Abuse.

Katy is committed to supporting clients to achieve the best possible outcome. She endeavours to assist clients with reaching an agreement amicably without the need for formal Court proceedings to be issued. Nevertheless, Katy is experienced with dealing with contested matters in Court where such proceedings cannot be avoided.

When supporting clients through their separation, Katy aims to be approachable and provide pragmatic and comprehensive advice.

Katy has advised clients in matrimonial cases involving complex financial issues around businesses, significant pensions, multiple properties, valuable jewellery and where third party intervenors were considered. She also has experience with supporting clients where the assets have been limited to achieve the best possible outcome.

Katy is a Resolution Accredited Specialist family lawyer in financial remedies and private children. She graduated from the University of Leeds with a 2:1 Honours degree in Law (LLB), and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course and Masters in Law (LPC LLM) at Northumbria University, achieving a Distinction.
