Katie is an Associate Solicitor within our Family Department. She is based at our Nottingham office.
Katie, who qualified in 2004, has experience in a wide range of family law matters including the following;
- Children issues/ Child Arrangement Orders
- Prohibited Steps Orders and Specific Issue Orders
- Care proceedings/social services involvement
- Parental Responsibility
- Domestic Abuse
- Divorce & Separation
She has also achieved specialist status under the Resolution scheme in both domestic abuse and children issues. The Scheme is recognised as the most stringent test of expertise in particular areas of family law practice. Katie has also obtained an NVQ Level 3 in British Sign Language.
