Karen Marshall

Karen is a Family Law Executive based in Howden and Thorne undertaking work in:

Divorce & finances, helping parties who have separated and looking towards divorce and a financial settlement
Children Act matters representing parents whose children are involved with the Local Authority - or parents who wish to have contact with their children, and
Individuals who are raising allegations of domestic abuse.

Having worked in the East Riding of Yorkshire for over 20 years, Karen has built up strong relationships with the local authorities and domestic abuse agencies.

Karen’s qualifications are with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

Very friendly team Karen, Emma and Lynn. While mostly I have dealt with Emma the paralegal, I cannot thank them enough for the past year with my child proceedings and divorce matters. They went above and beyond making sure around court that there were safety measures in place. There were some learning curves that was dealt with swiftly and professionally as a team to rectify. I have worked with Karen over a number of years, and have always found her to be thorough, conscientious and an example to those wishing to practise in Law. I am coming to the end of a fact finding hearing, which has involved dealing with a client who has clearly undergone trauma.
