Jeffrey is a Trainee Solicitor in our Corporate & Commercial Team.
With previous experience in major international law firms, where he assisted clients with mergers and acquisitions, investment funds formation, and initial public offerings, he supports Partners James Conduit and Euan McLaughlin in transactional corporate and commercial work.
His diverse knowledge equips him to contribute to a wide array of corporate and commercial matters, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive legal support.
In addition to English, Jeffrey is also a native speaker of Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese.
