All matters were dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner, with the emphasis on speed. All members of the conveyancing team were well-informed and communicated with us frequently to keep us up-to-date, without bombarding us with unnecessary correspondence. We would definitely recommend them if asked.

I used Sills & Betteridge for the sale of my fathers family home to fund him now he is living in a Care Home. This is an already difficult scenario but Sills & Betteridge, Kim Burns & Hayley Hall, were very understanding and compassionate to my situation. I can't think of any issues throughout the entire process. I was kept up to date via email, phone calls and where applicable documents via the portal - which also made life that little bit easier.
