Florence is an Associate Solicitor based at our Sleaford office and specialises in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters, the administration of estates and Inheritance Tax planning.
Florence is committed to providing an efficient and friendly service to her clients, providing them with the legal advice and support they require though what can be a difficult time. Florence is an Affiliate member of the Society for Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is working towards full TEP status in 2023. She is also an Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Friend, an initiative to change the way the nation thinks, acts and talks about dementia and often delivers presentations within the local community and has worked with several local charities and community groups to promote the importance of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Florence successfully completed her Law Degree at the University of Aston and Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School. She qualified as a Solicitor in September 2016. Prior to joining Sills & Betteridge in 2022, Florence worked as an Associate Solicitor at another large Lincolnshire law firm.
