Devon is a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in all aspects of Local Authority proceedings where Social Services are involved, as well as Private Law Children proceedings.
She can provide advice and representation regarding the following:-
- Public Law Proceedings (care proceedings, Public Law Outline (PLO) and pre-proceedings meetings)
- Private Law Children Matters (child arrangement orders – previously known as custody, child maintenance and grandparents rights)
- Emergency Injunctions (non-molestation orders and protection from domestic violence)
Devon provides an understanding and empathetic approach to client’s individual circumstances and delivers clear advice to support them.
Devon can also work with any support agencies involved to provide reassurance and further support to clients and individuals and works closely with the local domestic abuse services in South Yorkshire.
