Sills & Betteridge undertook the conveyancing of our parents' house, on behalf of myself and my siblings. The whole process took well over a year, because the house sat on the market for that length of time, and this fact - as well as the amount of paperwork necessarily involved - threatened to become overwhelming at times. At every turn however someone was there, often in person and always immediately, to reassure and explain and provide help/support/whatever was required, which ultimately made the whole process far less daunting. There were never any delays and every part of the contract we signed was upheld in the most professional way, without ever being officious or intimidatory - quite the opposite, in fact, as everyone we dealt with was approachable, friendly and easy to talk to.
