Callum is a Solicitor in the Family Law team.
Callum deals with cases involving children; routinely advising and supporting parents following disputes over child arrangements (previously known as custody). These cases are often complex and may involve allegations such as domestic abuse and substance misuse.
He also provides legal advice and support to parents who are involved in Local Authority care proceedings or have other Local Authority pre-proceedings involvement with their children.
Callum can assist and advise on family law injunctions, such as non-molestation orders and occupation orders.
Callum prides himself in offering clear and concise advice and is dedicated to providing excellent client care.
He studied at the University of Lincoln where he achieved a First Class Honours LLB Law Degree before going on to complete his Masters in Legal Practice at BPP University Cambridge.
Callum's supervisor is Mo Hayes.
