Ben is an Apprentice Solicitor in the Personal Injury & Medical Negligence Department.
Ben assists in all types of claims and can visit clients in the office or at their home. He is passionate about helping clients to rebuild their lives, securing compensation for those involved in accidents or medical negligence (also known as clinical negligence) and helping them to access the care and treatment they need through damages awarded.
Ben prides himself on his personable approach, ensuring that the process is explained as clearly as possible and that the clients feel reassured by their representation.
In addition to his own workload, Ben also assists Partner Alison Hurton with claims of a complex and challenging nature.
As a mentor for a local college in Grimsby, Ben has mentored students and helped guide them through their legal studies, providing advice and mentorship as they decide on a career path and helps them obtain work experience.
