Ailsa is an Associate Solicitor in our Family Team, primarily dealing with divorce, finances and private children matters.
Ailsa regularly advises clients with complex financial matters involving private and public sector pensions, international assets and businesses.
Wherever possible, Ailsa will assist her clients in reaching an amicable resolution without the need to engage in Court proceedings. However, when such proceedings cannot be avoided, she has a wealth of experience in dealing with contested matters in Court.
Ailsa is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in financial remedies and private children.
She joined Sills & Betteridge in 2019 having completed her training contract at a regional firm in Cambridgeshire. She attended Northumbria University in Newcastle to complete her degree, Masters and LPC.
Her supervisor is Helen Derry.
