Sills & Betteridge Incorporating Bridge Sanderson Munro are marking 2 years since their relocation from Finkle Street to Fieldside this month, with an invitation to local charities to apply for a donation.
Anna O’Mara, Partner and Branch Manager at Thorne commented,
“We have a culture of using a share of our profits to benefit local charities and good causes. We have been made so welcome in the last couple of years that we wanted to use our anniversary to give something back to two of the amazing charities we have locally”.
The firm, which also has offices in nearby Doncaster, Wath upon Dearne and Howden has gone from strength to strength since the move to modern, accessible premises.
Since opening, the team welcomed Emma Tomlinson and Thomas McConachie to their Residential Property team to provide a permanent presence in Thorne. Emma and Thomas deal with sales, purchases, remortgages and other residential property matters.
Helen Lennon, newly accredited by the family law organisation Resolution, continues to advise on divorce and separation, co-habitational disputes, child arrangements and domestic abuse. Helen is supported by her assistant Emily Staples.
Apprentice Solicitor Madison Earl specialises in Wills, Trusts and Probate. She recently won the 'One to Watch Practitioner' category in the prestigious British Wills & Probate Awards.
Last but by no means least, the firm is excited to announce the appointment of their new Receptionist and Wills, Trusts and Probate Assistant, Chloe Chapman, who joined the team in July 2024 having successfully completed courses in business, criminology and media.
The resident team are supported by specialists in other areas of law including personal injury, criminal defence, motoring offences, employment law and corporate and commercial who visit the office regularly for client appointments.
