Natalie Wiles has rejoined Sills & Betteridge Family Law team this month, following 10 years at Knights PLC (formerly Langleys).
With experience across a broad spectrum of family law matters, she advises clients on financial, property and pension matters - including settlements with high value and business assets - and disputes about child arrangements arising from divorce. She also assists unmarried couples with cohabitation and other disputes which can occur when a relationship breaks down.
Natalie has additional expertise in advising clients on how to protect their assets in the event of a future relationship breakdown specifically around the preparation of cohabitation and nuptial agreements.
Natalie will be based primarily at the firm's Skegness, Spilsby and Lincoln offices, enabling her to help clients across much of Lincolnshire, including Louth, Woodhall Spa, Alford, Horncastle and Mablethorpe.
Head of Family Law, Helen Derry said
“Natalie is a real client-favourite, thanks to her naturally warm, supportive nature and experience in family law. She also has the ability to communicate clearly and knowledgeably both with her clients and in Court. We are delighted that she has decided to return to the firm.
She joins a wide-ranging family team in Skegness, which has the capability to deal with divorce cases of all types, unchallenged and hard-fought - and also some of the most complex children cases in the area, including those which involve domestic abuse, social services intervention and local authority care proceedings”.
The family team have recently been ranked in the 'Top Tier' of the prestigious legal directory The Legal 500. Last year they won the Children Law Team of the Year category in the National Family Law Awards and this year they have been shortlisted for Family Law Team of the Year (Midlands & Wales) and Financial Remedies Team of the Year (National). The results will be announced late November 2024.
