We are delighted to announce that we have now signed off the first phase of substantial works to our Main Ridge West offices.
The firm’s investment to modernise and upgrade the premises, which included a new roof and significant reconfiguration of the building, reinforces our ongoing commitment to serve the local community, improve client accessibility and meeting facilities and create a better-quality working environment for our team.
Chief Executive Martyn Hall said
“We moved into the premises in 2007 when we joined forces with Jebb & Tunnard, subsequently acquiring Richard Tinn Solicitors in 2011 and welcoming his team into the offices.
Dating back to the 1850’s it is a generously proportioned, well located building which has served us well for many years. However, our working methods have evolved and our team has grown, so in collaboration with John Roberts Architects, we looked at ways to modify the ground floor space to suit our growing needs, whilst elevating our presence in the town as solicitors and employers”.
Branch Manager Karen French explained
“Phase 1 plans included the conversion of a large garage, nearby rooms and adjoining corridors into a new entrance and reception area, meeting rooms, admin workspace and toilets, which has seen the space completely transformed.
The work undertaken by building company H. H. Adkins has been first class and we are delighted with the finish. We now look forward to completing phase 2 later this month, which will see the previous reception area and several rooms including a large conference room overhauled. Future works to renovate the rest of the building and landscape the gardens to the front of the office will be completed later this year”.
The firm was recognised in The Lawyer UK200 Independents Report 2023 as one of the top 10 best performing law firms in the UK. In March 2024, the firm acquired East Midlands based Campions Solicitors and is currently relocating its teams in Northampton, Sheffield and Sleaford to larger premises as part of a scheduled expansion programme.
