Speaker Details
This day course will be led by Safda Mahmood, who is a Senior Solicitor and Advocate in a Local Authority, as well as a nationally recognised Professional Development provider. Safda has practiced and lectured in Family Law for over 29 years and is on the Law Society Children Law Accredited Panel, specialising in Children and Adoption Law. As an author, he has written for various publications, such as Jordans’ Family Law Journal, The Legal Executives Journal, Solicitors Journal and the Law Society and Local Government Bulletin. Safda has also co-updated the title ‘Child Care and Protection: Law and Practice: Fifth Edition and is the Editor of the updated 6th edition of 2019 as well as the Children Law Handbook, 2021, by the Law Society, and Special Guardianship and Adoption Law Handbook, 2023, by the Law Society.

- Sills & Betteridge LLP will send you confirmation of your booking by email or post within 2 days of receipt of this form. A proforma will be sent to your accounts department. Once paid, you shall be sent a receipted VAT invoice.
- The amount due on any proforma is payable in full within 30 days save that you may cancel a booking provided you give notice at least 10 working days’ prior to the date of the conference. In such circumstances you will receive a full refund less an administration charge of £25.00 (plus VAT) per delegate.

Limitation of Liability
